Forgot to service vehicle 2 x Terrible service. Needed vehicle for only a few hours to do minor service & would call. No call & they forgot to service my Sienna van---lots of meaningless apologies. Did the same thing to me a few months later. I will never return & recommend others to avoid this dealership. Paul

defroster noise for 2016 Rav4 I bought Rav4 two months ago at Aurora Toyota. It was middle of Sep. so couldn't have chance to use blower for cooling or heating. Now I have been turning it on everyday for heating, then weird noise is coming. So I went to Aurora Toyota two weeks ago. They checked the noise and said me they need to order new blower and will call me when it's ready. But they didn't call me even though 10 days have been passed. So I called them on last Friday. Avoid at all cost Terrible sevice! Theyre lucky toyotas sell themselves or they would be out of business. Do yourself a favour and go to any other toyota dealership.

Simple seat repair The middle row captain seat would not collapse. Took it in, explained the problem. They took it in the shop to "take a look" at it. They said the cable had stretched and it needed to be replaced,they would have to order one. Took it back a week later when they called and said the part was in, they had it for 2.5hrs then called and said it was ready. My wife picked it up.....still not fixed! Bought a used car Half a year later after purchase still dealing with them and escalate it to Toyota corporate since they're not doing anything to fix issues and they're giving me the runaround.

BEWARE when buying a used vehicle Bought a used car that was supposed to be 'Toyota Certified' and 'Dealer maintained'. Was shown maintenance records of a different vehicle by the sales person to prove that it was maintained at Aurora Toyota (didn't think I'd have to double check the VIN number that he punched in, silly me!). When I went to my own dealer, it turned out the car was serviced at Aurora only twice. Also missing: the record of the Toyota Certification. Warning! They will try to take advantage of women My wife took our car to this dealer for regular service for 4 years, just recently my wife took her car in for an oil change and winter tires installed... The service advisor called my wife and she stated " you have no brakes" thank goodness you have front brakes and you need a new water pump because it's leaking severely ?!...
