poor service Both my keys broke a week ago. I chatted online with someone who said they would put in my request for service. I never heard back from them. Fortunately, I was able to fix my keys, but was disappointed in not hearing at all from anyone.

Worst Service and Working Attitude I had my Toyota Venza to do maintenance service at this dealer on April 7. The air filter was not checked (listed in the maintenance service package), 5 wheel nuts were damaged. While I reported to service manager and general manager, they defended with severe bad attitude and denied without saying "sorry"

Recall repair I took a 2013 Rav 4 in for a transmission issue covered by a recall. They called to say it was repaired, didn't even get out of lot and found steering wheel was out 1/3 of turn , went back was told l would have to comeback next week to have alignment corrected. Left dealer and discovered car can't be driven due traction control, take car and park at my shop indoors. Vitaly nightmare- English version My fiancé purchased a car, her review is the long one about having bubbles on the tint, scratch on door, hole in fire wall, dent on hood of car. Nightmare I purchased a new car and there was bubbling on the tint, scratch from the tint guy on passenger door, fire wall had a hole, dent on hood of car. Anyone out there; is this a new car?? I was refused a new car since I drove it off the lot, dealership owned up to their faults, gave me a rental. Get a call that the car is ready, drive a block and sensors say to go back to dealership. Forget it. Sales person was uninformed about the product and found it necessary to constantly go to the sakes managers office for correct data. Sales manager looked like mafiosa boss.

Broke my wheel caps and blamed me (-$70 for a $55 job) Went once for an oil change, which went fine - though I had to return for grease on the inside of my seats. I was happy about the proximity and coffee available to the clients - you may be happy too... until they get defensive! Service Dept and. Customer care I made an appointment two and a half days ago on line to get an oil change. Two days later still no email confirmation or phine call. I called them first thing Monday morning asked for service dept. Whom ever answred really sounded sooooo happy to be there (not) told me to hang on and passed me to customer care. Brutal Service Department!!! Brought my car in for a recall and the woman made me feel like I should be honoured to be dealing with her. Extremely rude and I will never ever go back.
