About a year ago, I visited this dealership to purchase a Toyota Corolla. At the time of purchase, despite the persistent pressure from the salesperson named Ashkan and their finance manager Anna Simhovich, I explicitly refused to add any protections or extra packages to the contract. Dealership installed a subpar "coyo" oil filter instead of the OEM filter that was charged on the invoice. Beware!!

service department not helpful at all . .. not offering any solutions to solve problems only interested in cashing you out .. grumpy service adviser ( my suggestion get another job ).. ..second visit that ended in disappointment If I could give 0 stars .... Complacent, Vague, Deceptive - but Friendly: A Case Study in Instilling a Negative Customer Experience. I have been working with Toyota for the past 12 years. Car service charges are totally rip off. When I call at least 10 different mechanic shops including the parts recommended for repair and compared the total repair price with Toyota's service price, there was an unbelievably huge difference. The funny thing is, you know what? Every mechanic that I talked to made their pricing based on Toyota's original parts. I brought my car to the dealership to get a noise from my brakes fixed so they were going to look into it and they sent me home by Uber driver and after 2 hours they found the problem and said it would cost over $900 to fix the noise from my brakes.The total bill was $1172 including tax and labour.They only changed 1 pad and 2 disc .if i would have got it fixed at my own mechanic it would have only cost $500..wow Amazing !!As a customer i feel that i got ripped off by your dealership !!..I will never recommend any of my frie... read more
