My mom was in the market for a new car as she was planning to downsize from her 2011 Escape for numerous reasons, one being the fuel efficiency. Everyone told me how great Rav4 were, My wife was thrilled to get it. However I am 6' 5' tall. The dealership never gave me an opportunity to drive it before buying it. Every time I go from brake to gas my knee hits the steering wheel. Am I stuck with this car now. I think this is a failure of the salesman to eager to sell. It should be dealershil policy to ensure the car is driven before selling.
