Horrible customer service I bought my car there so that I could have consistent support in terms of car maintenance for regular upkeep. I have had several oil changes but this last time none of the service was poor (and there was were no other cars in line). Worst service I've ever received in my live They try to up sell their service on unnecessary things I clearly don't need. Their main goal is to squeeze as much money as they can out of you.
"No body held a gun to your head" On Nov. 24th I took a 2017 Rav4 demo (12,000km) out for a test drive. As it was the first vehicle I took out in my search for a replacement for my current car, I didn't think I was ready to commit to anything right away. Awful service, Lied about work performed the worst people I have ever dealt with at a car dealership, Don't let the nice look of the dealership fool you once they have your money you will receive Zero support. Frank basically told me I damaged the car myself-- what a tool. there are too many good places to buy a car-- look elsewhere.

Zero Stars. Grossly Unsatisfied Well, during the initial consultation to understand why my windshield cowl was coming away from the windshield, I was pleased with the service. When it came to having to work done, the full story was not explained to me, the work was completed and I was left with a windscreen that cracked in 2 places within 1km of the dealership. Extremely disappointed Price they made us pay was not agreed on price (price on purchase agreement). After paperwork signed they applied other fees that were not disclosed to us / no notification. The sales person, financing department, and management all had different stories / views / reasoning. When dealing with management, they were demeaning and rude! Disappointed &Unsatisfied. I had was there for an oil and filter change.I was informed that it was time to change the fluids in the transmission,transfer case and differential.I agreed to have this done.Seen puddles of red fluid in garage and driveway.This car [2009 Highlander] had no leaks previous to this service being done.Contacted Ancaster Toyota yesterday a.m. and they looked at it at 2:30p.m.They are saying that there is damage to the flange on the transmission pan causing to leak from drain plug while car is running.... read more
Rude Service Reception I wanted to make an appt. for my car service, I called 5 times, there was nobody answered the phone, finally a lady called Marlisa answered, but with anger, she blamed me for not leaving a message for her, she would answer my call within 10 minutes, very rude and unprofessional, she said that she is busy in the morning, but a couple of calls I made were in the afternoon!
