No respect for customer time Terrible experience. Made an appointment with Andrew to see a car and drove 60 kms to get to Ancaster. Upon arrival introduced myself to the receptionist and told her I had an appointment with Andrew but was told that he was busy but would be with me shortly. Bad vehicle servicing. I bought a Toyota RAV4 that was serviced at the Ancaster location. After doing the walk around the car I pulled the dip sticks for all the fluids. The man had just had the transmission serviced with new transmission fluid. When I pulled the dipstick out it was clearly Brown. I said to him I don't think they actually did an oil change. $850 oil change I brought my 2016 Rav 4 with 64,000 kms in for a service to Ancaster Toyota. My car is regularly serviced and has winter tires which I use for 7 months of the year. when I went to pick up my car the bill was over $850 plus tax. I was shocked as I never authorized the work. I plan to take Caleb Fisher Barton to court for breach of the 2002 consumer act. Caleb also tried to sell me new tires when clearly my tires are in good shape. Hidden admin fees Just purchased a 1.5 year old corolla from them. Drove from Richmond Hill all the way there, test drove the car, had a nice chat with the salesperson and then we dove right into negotiations in her office. I walked in knowing the cars wholesale value on the low and high end, as well as the average asking price for a vehicle with that mileage and condition. Terrible Customer Service We started our car search at this dealership because of it's convenient location. Our first visit to the dealership was just okay, the salesman was young but seemed genuine, which I enjoy in a salesperson. However the follow-up was horrendous. Did not follow up at all We were very interested in a car and the dealer insisted they would contact us once repairs were made - we had to reach out several times. On our last call to the dealer, they told us the car was available for a test drive (repairs made) so we went there (Ancaster from Markham) only to find the car had been sold a week ago. This dealer clearly is all about making money, not customer consideration.
Nice Dealership - Horrendous Service Well, I'll be blunt and to the point.... This is easily the worst service location for Toyota if not all car brands in the greater Hamilton area. Never Trust A Salesperson Bought a used truck from the dealership, was told it was bought from that dealership and serviced their. Never told me the original owner didn’t do any of the recommended matinence, cost me 1800 in the repairs after the first year. Truck also had rust on it which the salesman said would be dealt with but all that was done was a quick paint touch up job. Complained after the first winter when all the paint washed away. Cheating and Lier ancaster service centre They go over what ever they recommend ed for ur car so fast, without explain to u, their main goal is to squeeze out of money out of u. One time I have an oil change anly take 25 minutes but all other service I were told it took 45 minutes so I dont even think they do any work on it but top up the oil.
