i was on the phone with the sales rep and they have the car in stock that i want to buy but he said they can not sell me because i live in Toronto. What kind bs is this. the other Toyota dealers say he does not have right to do it and i will call Toyota and complain about it. it is first come first serve and that is my right to buy this car.

I just had winter tires change but before I had to wait for 3 hours knowing the winter tires they going to mount was not the one I purchase and they don’t even let you know and not even 12 hours the tires pressure showing and I called Tuesday they hold me after they hang up and I tried to called again they said they were closed it was 810 am when I call how was that possible did the owner of the store know what is going on in the dealership or the manager?

I love my Toyota Rav 4 but i have to say when i received my car it looked clean on the outside but it was definitely not detailed properly. The wheel wells were completely filled with mud. The odor that is coming from it now - dog smell coming from the vents is awful. Told my sales person about this said he was sorry and that they had a new person detailing and never heard back from him when i requested that they detail is properly. I would not return to this auto shop knowing what I know now. The mechanic damaged my ABS sensor while changing out the brake pads. The service manager blamed "tough canadian winters" and said that parts just spontaneously fail. What a massive coincidence that the sensor happened to fail under their care. Keep in mind this all happened after being over charged (almost double) and the advisor failing to provide a written quote. Service manager is beyond rude and insulting. I told her once what my greveince is and her words. Well you signed the service agreement so you have to pay diagnosis. Wow that's the response you get when you point out that the problem is their fault to begin with?? Not to mention they repair it on extended warranty instead of paying for it themselves like they should. Then have the audacity to ask me to pay for the diagnosis. Never again I'm going to this dealer.

Terrible experience. Vehicle was missing tow package when we picked up our new Highlander. Brought it back to service department to have it installed. They totally scratched the rear bumper. Denied it. We fought with service department. They offered us two Service #1 packages to come in for future oil changes. Now they say the Service #1 doesn't include oil change. Terrible short, abrupt, not helpful to talk to. Stay away from this place!!

This was the absolute worst customer service we’ve ever experienced after having multiple issues go wrong with our vehicle that was under warrenty. We had noticed our air conditioning wasn’t working properly in the vehicle that we hadn’t even owned for a year. We brought it in and they confirmed there was a leak, but they wouldn’t find it. Dye was then put in with them topping up the freon, it was over a pound less. They had our vehicle for the week and couldn’t locate the leak. Full of Lies/ Tried to cheat / Rude/ Not friendly/ So here is my story, I called this dealership to buy a particular car listed for $14881, I talked to Jordon and told him that my offer is $14000. Incompetent Don’t bring your car for service here, they are incompetent and dishonest. They could not fix the car and still demanding payment. Bring your car somewhere else wheo knows how to fix car and doing honest business.
