Great service - been going over 11 years! I have been going to Ancaster Toyota for over 11 years, after trying many other dealerships (I have 5 Toyotas 2 Scions and 1 Lexus). Beyond Happy I see these other reviews and I know 100% there is a side to their story they arent saying. I dealt with Caleb. A young, energetic service advisor who has knowledge beyond his years. Attention to detail and a conscientious safety mindset I found Ancasters used Lexus online and called from Vancouver to get more details. Fortunately I connected with Jim Davidson in sales who answered all of my questions and was able to discuss a fair price for the vehicle.
