Never buy a CPO cars from there and watch maintenance cost I bought a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) 2013 Altima from them last October and traded in a 2001 Chrysler. This October car has been due for regular maintenance plus brake inspection when they reported that full replacement is needed for $1300!! I've put only 15,000 km during this year and my driving habits and routes are the same. Overall would not recommend My car was making 2 different noises one in the front and another in the back.I was told that the noise in the back was the shocks and there was no noise in the front. I went ahead and got both rear shocks replaced and left. One my way home the was no difference the noise in the back was still there and the noise in the front hasn't changed. Im out $700 and my car is the same.

Un reliable I bought 2 cars from this dealership will never go back to any services at all .. very un reliable there crevice department is a mess .. except dan

Stay away My comments are based on Ajax Nissan’s service department. I had no experience in dealing with people in sales. In June 2016, I purchased a 2010 Nissan Rogue SL AWD from a private dealer in Scarborough. At the time of purchase the vehicle had 156,000 KM. Would Not Recommend Bought a used 2012 Murano in Feb. 2016. Initial experience was decent. After picking up the vehicle however, noticed two small issues that are still not fixed after 2 month... 1) car's wiper fluid sprayer doesn't work.. didn't think of trying it during the test drive, brought it back to be fixed, they said they need to order the specific part and will call me back once it has arrived... 2) rear license plate is hanging loose as both top two screw holes seem to be broken and they drilled two temporary hole... read more

Issues with car Lot of follow up was required to get the service required and fixing the car , not quality work done. I had to check several times the defects

very bad expriance with them seems like they don't any management to check what they are doing, all the review they have is bad it mean the GM is bad can not control their team, he was the sirvice manager and become GM. the owner shoud see all these bad review and should chenge his position.

Bought a Nissan Altima manager Jeoff Car was delivered after a month as they did not get the title deed and in turn offered me 8 oil changes as compensation. refused to give it in writing and was informed that its on the system. Went for oil change and there is no record of it. Manager Jeoff who I dealt with has left , secretary has left new manager Mike did not want to listen to what I had to say all he wanted was do I have the compensation of 8 oil changes in writing. Lied about warranty They lied about the term of the warranty. It was supposed to 5 yrs and turns out it was only valid for a year... Non of this was discussed when I was purchasing the car
