Buyer Beware: Purchasing a brand new vehicle shouldn't be a nightmarish experience. Upon picking up my brand new vehicle I noticed a manufacturing defect on the driver's side door. There was a welding imperfection with missing paint on the door. They informed me that it was covered under warranty and would have it repaired. Just a money-grab business: I regret to inform you that my experience with the Nissan Ajax dealership was extremely unsatisfactory. Despite engaging in a verbal agreement, the dealership displayed a complete lack of integrity and acted deceptively. I have tried to get a service appointment for two weeks. Oil change and tire rotation. They won’t answer the phone, respond from the website virtual asssitant, or even respond to their own random text they sent direct to me asking if I would like service done. Emails to both service managers have been ignored. Done with them.

I asked these guys to do a simple service on my car. After a few hours I get a text from Jonathon, suggesting that I do $1,364.00 in work that they deemed to be critical with a red sticker. I talked to the guy and told him that this is absolute nonsense, it's upselling that not required and it's very misleading. Unpleasant experience from Ajax Nissan I took a pre-owned 2020 Toyota Corolla from Ajax Nissan by mid of May 2022. While purchasing the vehicle we had paid an extra $699 for a guaranteed vehicle check-up (Ajax Nissan CPO Six Months). Sales team 5 star, Dan was great purchase our second Nissan Pathfinder there. Service department 1 star. Very pushing on trying to up sale over priced cleanings and checks during oil change appointments. Multiple issues with this Pathfinder currently still awaiting service but no parts or even a follow up. I’m sick of calling just getting the runaround. Went for service Car came back with grease inside on door panel and rug. Had a break job done. Next day the caliper falls off while I am driving. Dealer says the service manager will call to discuss my service experience. No one called. Great car lousy service.

I Love my new 2022 Pathfinder but if I could give the dealership lower than 1 star I would. There seems to be a culture of dishonesty and customer carelessness that pervades the entire place. I just returned to exchange yet another purchase mix-up and I now will NEVER cross their doorstep again. All my service will be done by a local mechanic or at the Whitby dealer.

I would have picked lower if I could.I bought a Nissan I would have picked lower if I could. I bought a Nissan Titan pick up truck from them in 2019 and less than 1 yr later they had to replace the engine. This was a manufactures defect which they did replace under warranty. However 8-9 months later while headed to my cottage a radiator hose falls off due to a hose clamp failure because they used old parts when fixing my engine.
