Very disappointing I went to buy 2 new Rogue's - when I went to pick up the first, on a confirmed appointment, I had to wait 20 minutes. I had to go and find the sales rep and tell him (again) that I had an appointment time and wanted it respected. My trade-in cheque was not ready. The process took over an hour to pick up my new car. The cheque was not sent until 5 days later. When I asked they could just cancel the cheque and e-transfer, they refused. When my daughter went to pick up her new car, her cheque was not ready. Servicing existing customers We've been with Ajax Nissan for over 5 years. We still have an MV Truck we drive, our second truck we traded in for a Nissan Rogue in December of 2016, we decided to have the Rogue leased, well it was to our advantage then, not any more. Excitement over Sound Judgement - Bad Choice. Don't go alone After doing research on a specific car and making comparisons, seemed like this dealership would have the best bang for my buck - until less than 24 hours of driving the pre-owned vehicle out of the lot. Selling service you don't realy need. On November 5 I took my Pathfinder for oil change and winter tire swap. Sevice advicer told me that who ever did the brakes forgot to removed the plastic on the back brake pin that cause corrosion according to the me hanic that is working on my car. Because of the corrosion the brake caliper is stock and cause premature ware and tare and they recommend that I changed the brakes that costs $700 or so plus tax. Customer service fail for used car purchase Bought a used car from the dealer and we needed a temp permit to get it safetied. Was told it would be fine on the day we picked up to ensure we had the full 10 days to get the work done and registered properly. Low and behold, the sales guy tells me that they've registered it early due to "month end" and now they've essentially shaved off some days and shortened my time to get the work done and registered. Exhausting and not transparent Exhausting and no transparency. Stay away from the used car section, these people are an embarrassment to the franchise. If you plan to waste people's time you should worry about business longevity. These people sold me a car with no head rests bruh! We had to argue to get 1, on getting home I realized that the remaining at the back were missing. Which leads me to worry what else they took out of the car to remain cheap. Nissan 2016 constant issue just like a lemon On April 1,2018 I was just leaving for work when the Nissan Rouge 2016 stall refuses to turn on/stall and made the weirdness noise and burning smell coming from it. I called this morning and I was asked ( did you put gas into the vehicle a day or 2 before. REALLY.... DON'TY THE SUV NEEDS GAS TO RUN, WHY WOULD PUTTING GAS INTO THE SUV HAVE TO DO WITH THE STALLING AND SHUTTING??????? OFF????? Poor customer service Love my new car but wish I'd dealt with a different dealership. They failed to meet the timeline they provided and would not respond to my inquiries looking for an update. When I finally reached them there was no explanation just hollow apologies saying they would "make it up to me". Well that didn't happen.As soon as I signed my name and they had the sale customer service meant nothing to them.

Agreements not taken seriously I had called regarding a pre-owned vehicle made arrangements to purchase the vehicle on Tuesday as the vehicle was not at the premises worked out a payment and a deal I was waiting for a call to be told when I could see the vehicle as it was not on site yet. The call I received was one saying it was sold. Called several times to several managers without a call back. I would not recommend this dealership.
