Great service I dont often write reviews simply because I find that the people who do, are doing them because they had bad experiences and you never get to hear about the good ones. But I would like to share my positive experience. Was having issues with my Maxima, and had taken it to a local garage and had zero luck addressing the issue, So I figured i would take it to a Nissan Dealership they found the problem in which the local garage couldn't and even through in a couple perks. Understanding Customer Needs This is the second vehicle purchased from this dealership and most certainly wont be the last. Michael understands what I was looking for and was able to find the vehicle most suitable for me.
Poor customer service. Terrible mechanics that dont put all pieces of the car back into place. There are still missing pieces after my car was "fixed".
It was a good experience overall Sammy was very professional My experience overall was good I have a couple of issues with this dealership though I paid for leather seats that I haven't got yet and another thing is my wife came in for an oil change and one of the technicians told her she needed front balljoints valued at $1,230 parts and labour I took it to my mechanic and he said the balljoints have nothing wrong with them the vehicle only has 65,000 on it Nissan shouldn't be trying to get woman to spend that kind of money ... read more
