False promises and wrong commitments. I bought a Toyota highlander 2018 and was promised by Rakesh that it's going to be 28,995 tax including on residual value when we are buying after 3 years, but after a week I got a letter from Toyota Finance that it will be $28,995+ tax which is approx $ 4000 more then what Rakesh have committed. Dishonest Practices My wife and I found an ad on Autotrader about a vehicle in "Pristine" Condition. We called and spoke to an agent (David). We explained we would be travelling a fair distance and wanted to know if there was anything wrong with the car before making the trip. He was very excited to help and set us up for a test drive the following morning. When we got there we soon realized we had been lied to in the ad. OIL CHANGES FOR LIFE Several months ago I purchased a new Toyota Corolla from sales rep DAVID KROWITZ. At the time of purchase I was promised FREE oil changes for LIFE by DAVID KROWITZ. Took My $ & said BYE BYE I purchased a vehicle in June, and have had problem after problem, & still not happy. During the time of purchase, we were told we receive oil changes for life. When I brought my vehicle in with several complaints, I was always accommodated by John Kingston! He always made sure I was happy & satisfied & he was wonderful to deal with. The serivce department at this location is the worst. The sales person will lure you in by showing excellent service. BEWARE OF THE SERVICE DPERATMENT. THERE IS NO SERVICE THERE. BE PREPARED FOR LONG WAIT TIMES AND ZERO ATTENTION TO DETAIL TOWARDS YOUR CAR CONCERNS.

Never lease car from this location! I leased a car two years ago. I was told that I will have free oil change for life but now they say I have to buy ridiculous maintenance program or I won't get more oil change after 31k clicks. Service department claims that the salesperson forgot to tell you that we have our own maintenance schedule after 31k. Basically the salesperson hid that from me!

Don't go to Woodbridge Toyota!!! We visited our local Woodbridge Toyota dealer and spoke to a salesperson regarding the purchase of a new corolla for my 81 year old mom. We spent about two hours with him, and he worked out an offer for us. We then brought my mom to the dealership to sign the deal. Just want to make money!! Never lease a vehicle with this dealer and never deal with ED. when I traded my leased vehicle with other dealer they increased the payout by $2000. They did not have any issues in themselves trading my previous vehicle which was from another dealer.
