Purchased New Tundra I leased a 2017 Toyota Tundra with the help of Wai, my good friend at Woodbridge Toyota. He was very accommodating and thorough throughout the entire process. He ensured that all my questions were answered and was able to find the truck I wanted, in the time-frame that I needed it.
Fantasitc service, Fantasitc people Woodbridge Toyota learned my needs right away to ensure we picked the perfect vehicle. I purchased a 4 Runner here and traded in my current vehicle. They were great on trade in value, great on price and friendly through the whole process. excellent and amazing services. I bought toyota venza 2015 almost three weeks ago. I met Mr Farooq there. Honestly he has a nice and amazing personality plus his attitude is way better and excellent than other dealers I had met before. He recommended me venza and I'm really happy with that. He is amazing person. I'm suggesting others too that if they want to go woodbridge toyota you should straight go to Mr Farooq for best advice and for your right need.
Disappointing experience – complete waste of time I scheduled a test drive at Toyota Woodbridge and received three separate confirmation texts leading up to my appointment. However, when I arrived, the car wasn't even on the lot. This dealership is completely irresponsible and clearly doesn't respect or value a customer’s time. It’s baffling how Toyota allows a dealership to operate with such poor coordination. Save yourself the trip and go elsewhere.

I had the worst experience as a returning customer with a sales rep called Niko. False promises just for just sales. When I went back to pick up my promised deals he couldn’t deliver. I am disappointed in this kind of behaviour and would advise other customers not to do business with him even if it is in writing . He is very misleading and deceptive.

I went in to buy a car with certified cheque on Wednesday and they wouldn't sell me the car because I wasn't financing it. They said they wouldn't make any money if I didn't buy the 2000 rust protection. Attached a rate to a product which is illegal and salesman told me they prefer not selling to white people...I just left. Canada is cooked...
