I wish I could give them 0 in Parts Department. I bought my car form Toyota Woodbine and always bought parts from them. They recently refused to return part from me and the manager was so rude to tell me that he would think that I purchased the part from somewhere else and trying to return at Toyota. The service staff is in responsible and zero knowledge. You talk with person and they ignoring you doing other things. They get my 2023 Highlander with damage window and they didn’t even cover properly after asking them in person. I have to go and do it by my self. So far regretting to even go to that dealer. Don’t go there on Saturday there is only staff working none of the mangers is there.
Irresponsible dealership and the staff at service department has no customer services skills and constantly made up lies to cover their mistake. We made an appointment on the phone and they failed to put it in their system. When we showed up and asked them to honour their appointment, we got gaslighted. It was the worst experience I had from any Toyota in Canada and the fact they badmouthed other dealerships is a warning to all. Went for an oil change and winter wheel bolt on. 2 1/2 hours later I paid and went to my car to discover they put the summer lug nuts on my winter wheels. Another 1/2 hour to rectify that. When I got home I realized they didn’t even check or adjust tire pressure in the winters they put on. I had repaired a screw in one tire and lost some air in the process, but figured they’d fill it when I was having it out on. Tire had 17lbs. Of air in it and they let me drive away like that. I paid to fix windshield but water leaking from there I have proof and I saw service manager and finally general manager told me to leave dealership and go another toyota. I will take them to consumer court.. i will not give up. They will realise that they are dealing with wrong person and really bad attitude and kick me from there.
While bought out lease, sold third party warranty (more than $3,000) in pretext of Toyota warranty. Bill of sale Invoice showing ULTIMATE WARRENTY but no document provided with invoice during the sale. GM agrees/ okays sales managers wrong doing and emailed the document saying you signed it. Very unprofessional staff. Beware!
The worst service center. Technicians are not able to find problems…waste of time and mental stress causing experience
Had windshield replaced here in 2019 and it leaked. They would not honor year contract. Place I took it to to have fixed said very shoddy work no adhesive and advised me to complain to Toyota Canada. I had to pay more money to have leak fixed when I already paid the dealership 1600 to have original windshield replaced. Horrible repair. Unfortunately I had a great sales person but would never ever buy from them again due to their service department sucks.
