I saw a Toyota corolla online that I liked a lot and the price was the best in the market. I called in and Bilal responded to all my questions about the condition of the car and sent me the carproof history. We booked an appointment for the weekend and he was super welcoming, super professional, not pushy at all ( which I like!) Honestly, this has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish. I trusted them again, traveled a considerable distance for the second time, and was under the impression that the car was being sold to me, only to arrive and be told it had already been sold. This is not how customers should be treated. A person’s time, effort, and trust should matter. I had a terrible experience with this service. They were dishonest and negligent—they forgot to put coolant and oil in my car, which put my safety at serious risk. I cannot recommend this place to anyone for buying a car or getting service. If I could give zero stars, I would.
Worst experience I hav ever had with a car dealership. The sales pepole have no idea about there products. They don't honer there advertised deals. I tried to buy a truck and they changed the internet rate 3 times. When we finally came up with a deal on a payment plan and I signed the papers the then realized they did not include my lean on my trade in. Verry unprofessional. They do not care about the customer. I am extremely disappointed with this dealership. My deal (number 55074) was canceled by their GM- Langley Van der Kley without my consent or a reasonable explanation. I had reserved 2024 RAV4 SE about two months ago, with clear confirmation from Sales Manager Jay and Sales Rep Feras, they had assured me the vehicle was reserved in my name.
