incompetent mechanics!! Can't be trusted. I wish there was a negative review option, I would give that. My parents have gone there for Tire issues on Lexus more than 5 times in past few months alone. They are sent back with "nothing is wrong" every time and next day we have a flat tire. Do yourself a favor and find another dealership.

This dealership can’t be trusted Buying a vehicle here has by far been the worst experience I have had in recent times. I seriously now doubt that dealing with a bigger dealer such as “Toyota” means anything. Non professional customer service, had very bad experience. The service center service is very poor and non professional as i was there for my car oil and filter change. They took almost 1 and half hour for oil change as the lady told me that it will take 45 minutes and gave back my car dirty as they always wash the car after service. Over selling service requirements My Mom took took her Corolla in for a $61 oil change and came out with a $550 bill Mom is 84 and the service lady told her she needs all fluids changed and flushed, filters changed etc The car has 49000km on it Mom is 84 and doesn't know what needs to be done I believe the service lady took advantage and up sold all this work Needless to say Mom won't be returning to this dealer again

Disappointed experience Dealt with Zahid Shabbir. While taking test drive did not even bother to give any details about the car. Was on the phone talking his native language Got kind of annoyed when I told him that I still have four payments left on my current car before lease ends,told me why would I shop now if my lease is not ended yet. Went to different Toyota location,got very good deal

Not good service I have a Toyota Prius C that I purchased brand new in 2012 with built in gps at this dealer. About 4 years ago until now I have a problem with it's gps and all electrical related to the gps (can't connect to Bluetooth, radio, USB). When I took my car to this dealer, they just have no clue how to fix it, and instead....... A Toyota broker asked me to get another new one!!! At first everything seemed fine, DK told us that the car is on lease for 3 years and we were okay with the paying the monthly payments. Very rude Saw the ad on autotrader, called the dealership, the guy pick up the phone talking very rude, and hang up the phone very rude. Keep taking about the exporting stuff. I just wanna ask the van they list on the autotrader. Never ever gonna recommend or call this dealership again
Bad dealer ship One of the bad dealer ship i bought a car from those dealer i go back in 15 days for exhaust problem service gud say exhaust not comes in safety even they give me certified vehicle also they don't wana fix my problem they want me to pay half one of the worst experience with these guys
