Poor customer service and maintenance I brought my car for recall replacement only to find out they cant give me shuttle as promised by the customer representative. Secondly, i had my regular maintenance checked there few months ago and when i got home, coolant completely empty. My loyalty with them completely gone!i dont want to wait for the 3rd time!
Go there only if you want to get embarrassed They fix a deal with you and finally after collecting your drivers license , credit card and all information they would tell you they cannot sell you the car that prize. Don't trust them. The owner fixed an amount for a car that we were looking for, and then he turned upside down after collecting everything from us. no customer care Took my vehicle to Woodbine Toyota for service, and explained to the advisor I want the air filter changed if its dirty during the oil change. After I got my car back, I found out it wasn't checked. I went back and asked the advisor "why he didn't sell me the air filter", he just gave me a dirty look and told me its not his problem .
A wrong made right After days of dealing with the Woodbine Toyota dealership we are much closer to my Mom receiving a missing aesthetic front part on her Hyundai Elantra. All we need now is the part and an appointment for the install. Woodbine Toyota has agreed to supply the part and Install it for free.
Arrogant Mr.Heinrich the manager. I purchased a Toyota van and also purchased 2 year warranty from them. As part of the warranty they were supposed to do compression test on the car but there system was down on the day that I went to pick up the car. Since I lived about 2 hrs away in the east , and could not wait all day , we agreed to do this compression test in Belleville instead which was closer to me. Worst experience I buy new Toyota venza from this location and after 10.000 km my car side door panel paint coming down by bubble and I went there to fix they're making all excuses from last 9 months but not done yet and says it's too late and my driving seat also making noise but everytime I'm just listening excuse that's all and i call the Toyota head office they're also making excuses so no one is a right person to talk in the Toyota so never go back to Toyota any more and specially woodbine Toyota pls don't go here......... read more
poor service so I went to ask for some help on the end of year sale, the sales rep. had a hard time speaking English and understanding what I wanted, still waiting for a call to see if they can get the vehicle I wanted. I when to another Toyota Dealer and ask the same question and left with a brand new car and more.
My Car the lemon My car was purchased at this dealership, under extreme pressure an deception by the most cunning salesman. The odometer was so fast on a new car, driving to work 19 km, registered 100 KM on the car. Service refused to look into the matter. Also the service center convinces you that your car need so much work and it is unsafe to drive. A learning experience for me. I took my minivan in for service and it went from being only an oil change to being pushed into every service possible. Edgar was the advisor and he made it seem like my 2010 van was so unsafe and going to breakdown if I didn't do everything he suggested. I got the feeling that he really didn't care about me and only about whatever commission he was going to make off me.
