The staff were very friendly and helpful. Abigail and Emily made us feel welcome. Mike when I went to fick up my Rav 4 was friendly and professional. Actually they are all professional. Mike went over my Rav 4 with me and he knows his product. All questions were answered and a very thorough explanation of everything. When I bought my previous vehicle new the salesperson did not give us any explanation of it. He basically just said read the owners manual. This was a great change from that and it is very appreciated.
I purchased a pre-owned vehicle through Bandula Dissanayake at Whitby Toyota and he was extremely pleasant to deal with. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and actually took the time to listen to all of my questions without the feeling of being rushed. It's hard to find good customer service now a days and I'm lucky to have dealt with such a great person. I am going to be recommending him to people who I know that are looking to purchase a Toyota.
