This Dealership is family owned and it shows. I have dealt with them for years and I just bought a new Hybrid vehicle. The wait time for the vehicle was many months, but I know that this was a supply chain issue and was beyond the Dealership's power to impact. Their service has always been excellent and the pricing surprisingly competitive.
I had a wonderful experience buying a car at Whitby Toyota, thank you. Everyone I dealt with was extremely nice, and the environment was very comfortable and relaxed and happy. The main person i dealt with was Bandula and he was really great, he is very laid back and not pushy at all, and he helped me a lot in my decision to buy the car, and I am so happy that I did.
