When I tried to booked appointment for service the lady that I talked said no need for appointment you can walk in but we waited 2.5 hours I know we been told that wait time is 2 hours but still if we can book ahead of time that’s better than waiting for a long time. Hopefully when I came back it’s less wait time.

Spent almost $400 and didn’t even get a car wash! Somewhat disappointed. And my car sat outside for longer than necessary because they didn’t have my correct license plate number.
