Our experience with Whitby Toyota was amazing. From David(sales), Emily(business manager), Andrew(advisor) and Lyra(accountant) everyone was very helpful and welcoming. They made buying a new car easy, less stress and exciting. Showing us different options and helping us not going beyond our budget. Highly recommend buying vehicles here

Today I picked up my 3rd Toyota Rav4 and the experience was amazing. Friendly staff, specially Chris. He is really nice and provides all information upfront and does not hide anything. He has delivered that he had promised. Chris is the best!!. There were issues with the Toyota systems and had to come back the 2nd time to finally sign the agreement. Chris really helped in completing this process. Keep it up Chris!!

We were happy with our sales rep, Sharon Gravel, and appreciated her expertise and competence. We had sent several emails in the month of our car's arrival, as we wanted to pick up the winter tires and rims when we picked up the car. But despite all the requests to make sure everything was ready, they were not available, on back order. So another 30 minute drive each way. The Service and Customer representatives are always courteous and prompt. They give you approximate time when service will be finished and most times they are very close. Customer representative always come and get you and go over the service that has been done . Then you are on your way.

I brought my car to the dealership for a regular 16,000 km maintenance. I was told I was also booked in for two Toyota recalls. After my two hour wait when my car was ready, I was told that Cameron had to order a part for the recall. When I recall is being done, shouldn’t you know ahead of time if parts are available? I now have to return to the dealership for another visit. It is almost 30 minutes from my home to the dealership so it is inconvenient for me.
