Extremely friendly and courteous service staff. Service was prompt and thorough. They even washed my vehicle, which was an unexpected extra.

Hands down Whitby Toyota has the best service centre. Any time I go there, I come away a satisfied costumer. Last time, I took my 2010 Prius in because of a sudden hybrid system warning message. Jay Ells was super kind, helpful and informative during my whole visit, while Adam Hassira went above and beyond, did his magic and found me a loophole to get the inverter assembly with converter replaced for free. Ladies, if you want to be treated fairly with excellent customer service, Whitby Toyota is the place to go!
Honest, transparent experience with Milat. Bought a used 2019 Toyota Avalon. It was a very pleasant experience.There was a small tear in the centre arm rest leather. Milat replaced the arm rest at no charge. I highly recommend Milat and Whitby Toyota.

They lack communication skills in the sales department. The Service group was good. The sales department seem to be box checkers. Bandula was our product advisor and I found him too quick to talk over us and not listen to what we asked for. Keith Kelly was pushy and even after declining the extra warranty stuff we were asked repeatedly and told that he knew his product was a good idea, he only needed permission to put it on.
