Friendly staff, prompt responses. No hassle dealings. Nice and clean facilities. Would recommend this dealership.
The dealership was very busy and the parking lot may be under construction. However, recently I ordered a RAV4 from Chris Stewart. Very nice guy who is very knowledgeable. I had a pleasant experience and I would recommend that you talk to Chris if you are looking at a Toyota vehicle.
Traded in my Sienna for a new one, great trade in price and also for the new one. Whitby Toyota has some great offers when purchasing new. Went through all options on the vehicle. Very friendly staff all with smiles and greeting, directing you where to go as dealership under Reno and everything is changed. Love this place, I drive from Richmond Hill.
