The service staff are friendly and accommodating. I appreciate them arranging a ride home for me, and the waiting area is always clean and comfortable when I choose to stay. My vehicle is consistently treated with care. In my recent visit, I found it odd that they questioned whether I was using my summer lug nuts on my winter wheels. They seemed shocked when I reminded them that I purchased the second set of lug nuts directly from them just a year ago. We had a great experience working with Lucky Hayer and his team leader, Richard Alam. We really enjoyed how super helpful he was and this really made the whole experience stress-free. Although we haven’t made a decision to buy a new vehicle yet, when we do, we definitely will come back to Whitby Toyota and ask for Lucky.
