Am from out of town and had what I thought was a bearing issue. They were able to get me in on the same day I spoke with them and the repair was completed the following day. Great service!!
Spent 2 hours with Nicholas Stano who patiently explained/showed me the differences between the Rav and the Crown. Nicholas was instrumental in helping me make up my mind without nudging me or swaying me.

We were at the Toyota Dealership in Whitby for an oil and filter change and to have winter tires switched back to summer tires. They are currently undergoing construction so have set up a temporary area for customers to wait for their cars. Lots of seating area, coffee, cold drinks and Tim’s donuts. Very comfortable area and also helpful, kind service receptionists. The wait was a bit long but there were lots of people getting work done on their vehicles.
