Historically, my experience with Whitby Toyota has been positive. The purchasing process was excellent, and they are generally great for oil changes and routine maintenance. However, I am seriously beginning to question their competency when it comes to complex diagnostic work. My RAV4 developed software issues and a check engine light came on.
