Got what I Wanted. At Whitby Toyota we mainly dealt with Dave Stokell one of the product Advisor. Dave was the first advisor who helped us decide that the Toyota Highlander Limited was a vehicle that fit our needs and wants. Amazing Experience Shawn was absolutely amazing to deal with. He was knowledgeable and was more concerned about making sure I purchased the right vehicle, then making a sale. I didn't feel like I was pressured and he walked me through every step of the process. When we did one of my test drives, he came with me and showed me all the features then stopped after each one to see if I had questions. I'm so happy with the service and the vehicle. Amazing Customer Service Shawn took the time to understand what we wanted. He’s very friendly, approachable and trustworthy.
