Excellent Service and Parts Departments!! I have been a customer of Whitby Toyota for over 25 years and each and every time I go into the service center the experience has been fantastic. The prices are fair and the staff are second to none. Actually, the service department at Whitby Toyota is the reason I will always buy a Toyota. Special shout-out to their Parts Department (hi Burt!) as well. Burt is knowledgeable and has helped me by making suggestions regarding parts I am looking to purchase. Thank you Whitby Toyota!!

2019 Toyota Corolla I'm a regular customer with Whitby Toyota; however, this was the first time looking to purchase a vehicle from them. Andrew Ward was excellent. He was extremely informative, professional and friendly. Our first Toyota truck! Shawn was extremely helpful in helping us find the best truck fit for us by making sure he understood what kind of work we needed it for. Unlike previous dealers we've been to, he wasn't happy to just sell us anything. After test-driving the Tundra and the 1794, we decided on the Tundra. We've been driving it a couple of weeks now and love it! Thanks Shawn for all your help.

Low Pressure Sale We came in looking for a truck and Rashid was a great help/ He was able to answer all of the questions we had when purchasing the Toyota Tacoma. After the sale, we forgot to present out Aeroplan Number for the bonus points. Rashid was able to process the request a week later when I emailed him.
