Thank you Sandy for Being Awesome! First time buying a new car and Sandy at Whitby Toyota was amazing! She helped us find the greatest deal to finance a vehicle and gave us all the pros/cons of leasing or financing. Sandy was also kind enough to answer all our questions and concerns about the vehicle and even helped us program our phones to the new car! It’s our first Toyota and my wife and I are extremely happy with our purchase of a 2019 Highlander. The moment we entered we were promptly greeted by Gary Brown who never pressured us but proceeded to just answer all our questions. Whitby Toyota – Great customer service We are the returned customer. Just purchased a Toyota Camry Hybrid 2015 (used certified vehicles). Rashid Lorgat explained very details about Hybrid technologies and other functions about the vehicle. More importantly, he explained about maintenance (warranty) how Toyota care. Love my RAV4! Thank you Hayden :) I came in one afternoon to look at a RAV4 and i spoke with Arda, his product knowledge wasn't great and it seemed like he just sorta wanted me out of there unless i was buying. He gave me some info and i was gone, i thought about going some where else but didn't want to drive all over for just to buy one vehicle. Straight Forward Tony is an awesome subject matter expert. He knows Toyota and is very passionate. I strongly recommend dealing with him should you be in the market for a new vehicle. He Took the time to find and deliver my Rav4 and sat with me for over an hour to do the paperwork and over an hour to walk me through the do's and don't on the new car. He's 5starts in my books.
