Rashid was very helpful in assisting me in buying my first vehicle at a really fair price with some great ad ons. He explained all of the paperwork thoroughly and the process was very smooth.

Hayden was an amazing salesman! Prior to seeing him I went to a BUNCH of different dealerships looking for the 86/BRZ/Frs as this is the car I wanted. I must of went to at least 10 other places. Hayden sold me on the 86 at Toyota with the amazing customer service I received. Every other place I went to basically have me a price and said r u going to buy it. 2nd fantastic buying experience with Rashid Lorgat Rashid exceeded our expectations with our 2nd purchase 2 years. Exceptional Customer Care I went to the Whitby Toyota dealership as a last resort in helping to solve a service issue. The owner Ian Kingsley and Service manager Tara Parsons went way over and above what I would have expected to help me out in every way possible. Great bying experience with Tony Our previous experience with this dealership was not great. However we decided to give it another chance. We met Tony Khoury as soon as we walked in. We knew what we want and went for a test drive. When the decision was made we purchased our Highlander with Tony's help. Easy, no pressure and very professional approach from Tony.
