Really good experience, my sales person Hayden was great to deal with, took care of me, and really made me feel like he had my best interests in mind. Great service.

Trouble with the website I used the online chat took because the website was not responding properly when I tried to do an online booking. Will assisted me quickly, efficiently and with a sense of humour which I really appreciate. There is a reason I keep coming back to Whitby Toyota with my 2005 car and its the people. Great service. This is beautiful building and comfortable. Rashid Lorgat is kind and gentle and gives us time to decide, not pushing. He explored different options for us to choose when we do not have one we wanted.

I asked to book a test drive online and Will called me within 10 minutes to ask when a convenient time for me would be for me either that day or the following day. I wasn't available either, so he booked it for the following Saturday, and even called to confirm the day before AND the morning of the appointment to make sure if I was still going to make the appointment or if I wanted to reschedule. Driving by I meet Rashid he helped me test drive a truck I had seen in the front lot and later on purchase the vehicle. They were very helpful here and were not as pushy as other dealerships have been. I would recommend this dealership for anyone looking for any truck not just a Toyota truck but all brands and sizes. Sales Consultant Rashid Lorgat Contacted the dealer first via the telephone, discussed with Rashid my current situation with my 2015 Highlander XLE and that I was considering trading or selling then purchasing a new vehicle. We had a great experience with Tony Khoury. Tony Khoury is very knowledgable and has a great experience with cars. He gave us very good advices and was very generous with his time. We had a good deal to buy a RAV4.

Excellent Rashid Lorgat provided me excellent service when purchasing my 2019 Camry on Oct.23,2019.My son and I visited Whitby Toyota that day looking at cars.
