Very good sales rep! The buying process was comfortable with no stress. Sam was very knowledgable and answered all our questions. Low pressure sale. Have no experience with service department yet.

Steve Lord always put customers needs on first priority. My 3 years Runner had been damaged by a deer in October, in repair process, his professional and patient helped my gone through it. Because this was my first accident in my life, I had no idea about how, when and what. Steve did great job to make me feel that I didn’t only purchased a Toyota Runner, also be a part of Toyota

Very good experience. Had very pleasant experience buying new Camry from Gary. He was recommended by other clients I ran into at the dealership. Great sales staff I found Ms. Crowder to be extremely knowledgeable, friendly and went above and beyond to reply to my questions. While I ended up buying my used Toyota from a non-Toyota dealership ( due to price), when I am ready to trade up for a hybrid in a few years, I will be sure to give Sandy a call.
