Mail promotion to trade for newer model. The letter invited me (a past customer of New Westminster Toyota) to see if I was interested in trading in my 2013 Highlander for a current model. It also included a promotional coupon. I went in there 100 pm to see what kind of offer I can get even though my 2013 Highlander was in good condition and had new winter tires installed. On time and free car wash I used this location because it is close to home. The car is finished on time and the exterior gets washed. They offer promotional items like blankets and brush/scraper from time to time. I also help myself to coffee at the self serve machine. Hot tea and water is also available.

Freindly service and staff Took my 06 Toyota Sienna in for servicing today at 12:30. The job was done quickly and efficiently and without a long wait. The 2 gentleman on the service desk were friendly and explained the work done when finished thoroughly.
