Always the very best service This dealership has been caring for my car for over 5 years. Everyone is treated with respect, especially those, like me, who know nothing about what goes on under the hood! I drive in from Ladner to New Westminster because I have complete trust in them. Carey is also very helpful.
Since 2006 Today was a great experience, they corrected a date error on warrantee and called to confirm that. Fixed my flat tire and washed my car! Loved it all but I really like that no matter what you end up with a clean car at the end of any service they do. Carey is always my favorite guy to work with, I'm sure the rest are good but I lean towards him. Thank you!
What else Easy to book an appointment. Friendly people at the reception. Quick job. And a clean car at the end. Best car service by far. If I knew I would have got a Toyota sooner.
Spectacular Service Recently I purchased a 2017 Toyota 86 at this dealership. This was the most easy experience, all front-line staff were incredibly helpful, non-pressuring and go above-and-beyond for the satisfaction of their clients. I adore my new car and couldn't have asked for a better transition, efficient transaction, and thoughtful staff. Great work! Barb was amazing and she will be the one I will definitely be returning to down the road when I require a new vehicle.

Check of steering system Friendly, helpful, listened to my issue, offered to wash the vehicle, took keys off of ring for me, and put them back on to the ring.
Service dept - new tires I had my car in for the annual snow tire change. As always, I am met by Cary who is always professional and fun to talk to. The service was fast and the prices were fair and did not vary from the quote. I always enjoy my visits.
13 years of well-deserved loyalty Cary greeted me like an old friend and clearly explained what the routine service would entail. When some other issues came up after further inspection, he phoned me promptly and described in detail what they were advising be done to remedy. I never felt pressured to proceed but the trust we have developed over the years in keeping my 2004 Corolla rolling into and (hopefully) much beyond the 200 thousand Km on her, made me listen and agree to the added services.
