Good and friendly service I was in the market looking for economy car and visited many different dealers without buying a car. Then I met Michael of West End Nissan and he was the first person who chatted me for a period to understand my need and my budget. Amazing Car, Amazing People I had the best service from Nissan here. I have been a Pathfinder owner for 2 years and I needed 2 software updates that the 2017 Platinum had. VERY FRIENDLY STAFF I TRADED MY 2014 NISSAN VERSA NOTE FOR A 2016 ALTIMA. MICHAEL CARLSON WAS MY SALES PERSON AND HE WAS VERY FREINLY BUT MISLEADING AS HE TOLD ME THAT THE CAR HAD REMOTE START AND SATALITE RADIO BUT IT DOESN'T AND WHEN I MENTIONED THIS HE SAID IT MUST HAVE BEEN ON THE OTHER MODEL (NOT WHAT I WANTED TO HEAR). Very friendly staff We found our vehicle online. Because of distance we requested photos of the car to be sent to us since there was none posted online yet. This failed to get done. Other than that, we are happy with everything. We had our 2 young daughters with us and the staff was so good with them all at the same time servicing us. Friendly staff who just want to help.
A Very Good Experience Michael was very helpful and friendly while assisting us in buying a used Murano. He did not show us vehicles that were above our budget unless there was room for negotiation that would bring the price to our level. We did not feel pressured into getting something more expensive. The only hiccup we had was when we went to pick up the vehicle. There must have been a miscommunication between Sales and Finance as the paperwork wasn't ready when we got there. Exceptional buying and service experience My experience in buying a new Murano at the West End Nissan was very positive. Jeremiah was our salesperson and Andrew his manager. My daughter's boyfriend had researched extensively the new Murano and bought one from Jeremiah and Andrew before I took one for a test drive.
