Great Experience 5 stars, I bought a certified pre owned Toyota Tundra at a fair price an received the same fair price for my trade in. The 5 star service continues after purchase as well, special thank you to pre owned sales manager Rick and the service department manager. Fantastic Just bought a new Tacoma and the entire staff couldn’t have been better. Everyone I encountered through the buying process was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. From the receptionist, sales guy and finance personnel I was treated with respect. Never felt like I was being taken advantage of or being sold something I did not want. Would definitely buy another vehicle here and would highly recommend.
Absolutely, without a doubt the best experience ever!!! The staff at Mayfield Toyota did the one thing that no other dealership provided. And that was to acknowledge that when me and my wife came in to by a vehicle for her and possibly me. They spoke to my wife. That was the most important. They made her feel special and even put a bow on her vehicle when we picked up both of our vehicles.
