Excellent & thoughtful service Excellent team work. All of them did very good job. We are very appreciated with Daniel 's kindness n patience waiting for us for more than an hour from CAA with the new license plate, and trying to explain all the function n access in details inside the truck with minus 15 C when we picked up the new one in the late afternnon. Better customer service then Subaru Initial down payment that I needed returned because I was stuck with 3k down at Subaru that they wouldn’t return I was able to talk to a sales manager and have the money back Later I was informed Of the rav 4 2019 coming in and I received a two week loaner free of charge
Very happy with our purchase. Our salesperson Casey Curran and his manager, Drew Haslett were very accommodating and patient while we decided on what vehicle to purchase. They provided us with all the information we needed to make our final decision. They always returned our calls on a timely basis and were very professional and pleasant to work with. We would recommend them to anyone.
Service department is great I've purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership over the years and have never been disappointed. The service department always goes above and beyond. I strongly recommend Mayfield for sales and service.
