First Time Lease Experience I recently got a new job which means I needed to get a lease car for the first time. I worked with Chris Thomas at West Coast Toyota. Excellent Servicing I brought my 2012 Corolla in for an oil change slightly ahead of schedule as the front brakes were making some noise. I have the extended service warranty, which means oil changes are free for the first 4 years. It turns out the brakes had been serviced on my last visit, but with the winter rain the mechanism needed re-lubrication. Quick turnaround and only for the work I requested The work was done as expected. There was no upsell pressure. The courtesy car was available on time. I was informed when the work was done. I was able to pick up car on time as expected and get home on time.
Easy, friendly and fair We bought our new Corolla from Laurie and he was a pleasure to deal with. He made sure we were getting the car we wanted and the features we needed. I never felt pressure while dealing with Laurie and he was very up front and accommodating about everything. Very friendly guy! I would highly recommend this dealership!

Oil change and tire switch over Consistently prompt, friendly and always helpful. I trust the service department completely. Complimentary car wash as usual. These guys and gals are great to deal with!

Painless Car Buying ... :-) Our last acquisition was our 7th from Kalim of West Coast Toyota ... change the dreaded car buying process into something Easy & Fun!!! Call him now and say Dean Guzman sent me to save time, money & aggravation :-) All we ever did to our Toyota cars was fill up with gas & drive ... no repairs at all, that's how reliable they are.
Good experience. No B .S Phil was real helpful and informative, online and in person. He made buying a new Tacoma quick and painless. Last few dealer experiences were both too long and painful to sit thru. We hope the service is as good as the salesman. Very happy with our new truck.
