Superb Buying Experience This is the second vehicle we purchased from West Coast Toyota in Pitt Meadows. In 2014 we purchased a Toyota Highlander and were very, very pleased with it. However, as circumstances changed for us, we felt we needed a smaller vehicle. We picked up a RAV4 booklet when we took the Highlander in for service. Vehicle service The service advisor was courteous and attentive. My request to have brakes checked was done and the vehicle was serviced on time. Had Toyota gift coupon for a fleece blanket that ran out of supply, was happily substituted with another Toyota product.
Always a Pleasure Janette is the best. She is super efficient and personable. Looks after us really well. And we can always rely on the quality of service on our vehicle giving us a sense of safety and peace of mind.

Second opinion sought re diagnosis by independent My car was said to have a rear differential problem by an independent garage and I asked west coast Toyota for an assessment. They repeatedly checked it for a problem and did not find any such problems but told me to come back if I noted anything amiss such as an abnormal noise. They also did two recall items. It was convenient for me that I could book a courtesy car as well. This all gave me peace of mind and saved me 1800$ that was quoted by the independent garage.
Helpful both in sales and support We've bought two cars from West Coast this year. In both cases the team were efficient and helpful. In particular thanks to Randy Saunders who is the lynch pin in our experience and a significant reason for us going to West Coast. We've had a few technical issues with the cars but we were always able to get good timely support and felt our issues were listened to and if things were not completely resolved immediately a commitment to get to the bottom of problems was there.
Above and beyond! Amazing service! Rick ordered the Tacoma and it came in early! Made sure I would be informed asap when it arrived. Kalim hooked up the tire swap last minute to ensure i'd be safer on en route back to the Okanagan. I now have the best 2017 Tacoma out there! Thanks a ton guys!
