1st issue: they tried to give me less then my car's worth even after I told the salesman (Mark) that the claims were purely cosmetic, and that a different dealership already quoted me at $17,500. I walked out feeling pretty bad about my situation, simply because Mark would not listen, and kept implying my car was worth less than it is, and somehow made me feel uncomfortable like I was a liar (power tripping like usual salesmen.) If you think Toyota Canada stands besides their brand and takes responsibility, you are wrong! If you think West coast Toyota dealership stands beside their selling product and takes responsibility, you are dead wrong! I bought a Highlander 2017 brand new, I did all the extra protection for underneath the body and the colour, along with other additional accessories to keep it nice and in good shape. I have been a Toyota owner for over 20 years, and have been looking at a truck for almost 9, so I was initially thrilled with the acquisition of a new Tacoma up until we did a closer inspection and discovered scratches on the exterior of the truck. I Spent Few Times To bring my Car (Prius 2020) To Fix The Window (Driver Side) but Still has Same problem. Also Your Service Charge is To much
Went to buy a 2021 RAV4,Feb12.2021.had the exact model w/vin# picked out. They refused to let me test drive the car.Had cash in hand. Left feeling completely disrespected. Horrible place to do business! Treated like garbage! Sales manager and sales guy, never got their names didn’t introduce themselves.

One of the worst at any level of repair. Lost my lug nut lock the first time, put my rad hose on backwards the second time after timing belt re & re. Told them it needs to be fixed properly, they said they were booking for August...worst ever. Put apprentice mechanics on most jobs and journeyman mechanics don't check their work...if they even have many journeyman mechanics. My rad hose nearly blew up as the fan was hitting it. Brand New Vehicle, Looked Used When Showed Up to Purchase I purchased a 2018 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off-Road from West Coast Toyota at the end of October 2018. When I first was looking around for the vehicle I liked West Coast Toyota the best as they weren't pushy and Laurie, the salesman, new his stuff about the truck. I settled on the Quicksand colour.
