Amazing service I would highly recommend purchasing a car from Kalim. This is the 5th car we have bought from Kalim/ West Coast Auto Group. The dealership is very friendly and knowledgeable. Diane has always made all the paperwork easy to understand.

Top Notch Service & Super Friendly!!! I bought my car at West Coast Toyota in Pitt Meadows and have had ALL my servicing done there. I am 100% satisfied with them!!!! Very friendly I recently bought a Toyota Rav4 at West Coast Toyota, I had been dealing with other dealership for days but was not satisfied the service. Mark Fernandes responded all my request and concern just in a few hours through chat online and emails. I came to the dealership and got the deal the very next day! Mark was actually sick but still very professional and friendly. Yes I recommend him!

I was quoted $149. 95 + tax for an oil change. After the service was completed, an extra $ was added to my bill as “SS.” This fee was never disclosed or explained to me before the work was done. When I asked about it, the Service Manager (Ammar Ahmed ) told me “SS means shop supplies and you have to pay,” in a rude and unprofessional manner.
