Excellent service, not so excellent sales I would recommend and give a 5 star to the West Coast Toyota service department, the service people are fantastic. But have to say when I asked about the new highlanders, I did not get much enthusiasm from the sales person that was putting a plate on a brand new one. I would give a 2 star and not recommend West Coast Toyota for the sales. That is why I gave a 4 star rating.
Excellent!!! Great SUV. Excellent customer service, great communication, friendly environment. From beginning to the end was smooth transaction. So upfront and NO hidden surprises. Really happy with the purchase. Thank you Kalim to make it happened.

Great truck, dealership and overall experience The dealership, particularly Mark our sales representative, created a great buying experience for my wife and I. Their knowledge, candor and genuine customer concern made the purchase and vehicle trade-in both pleasurable and straight forward. They gave us all the time and information to make the best decision and purchase a truly terrific product (2017 Toyota Tacoma). I'd highly recommend this dealership to my friends and family.
Again a very good experience In the last almost 20 yrs it was my 5th contact with dealership in Maple Ridge. Two times entering into the lease and two times ending my leases. My experience was good. Three times A class rating and once B+. For that reason I made my last deal in the same Toyota dealership. I should mention that I have moved and driving distance from my current place in Surrey is over 20 km one way to Maple Ridge and there are other Toyota dealerships closer to my home or work place. Great Service Experience We recently purchased a new 2017 RAV4. The service we experienced was excellent from start to finish. Neil was terrific. Trustworthy I had been going here for 7 years to service my 2000 4Runner. I bought a new 2017 4Runner from them and it was a great price - well below the asking. I already know the service department is good and I will keep coming back. It is worth something to trust a dealership. Years ago I had a new GM truck it had 7 warranty issues in the first 18 months; each one cost me labour $$$. Work was done to suit my schedule needs. Simple changing of winter tires to summer tires required a mend on the winter tire and a purchase of one summer tire. I was informed fully as to the purchase of the summer tire and how best to do it re:should I get two tires or not. Any other maintenance requirements I might need were addressed. My schedule need was organized for me from beginning to end. I didn't feel any pressure from concerns about my service.
Purchasing a new vehicle and trading in old vehicle. The experience was excellent. Mark was very professional and friendly. I was able to trade in my old vehicle and purchase the new one without any problems. All of my questions were answered and the training and introduction to the new vehicle were outstanding. Everyone in the dealership that I met were friendly and helpful.
