No Pressure Sales, We picked up our new 2017 RAV 4 Hybrid last Sunday (march 19th/17) and we love it. Our sales person Thomas Kirves was great with me, changing my mind 6 times and explaining everything very clearly and wouldn't let us leave the Dealership until we felt comfortable to do so. West Coast Toyota has the best staff, all very friendly and go out of their way to assist you in everyway. I will be buying all my future vehicles from West Coast Toyota

great service I needed a lower light piece replaced on the passenger side mirror. Gurdeep Khurall looked after my problem checked if the part was available (it was at the dealership the day after) My appointment was booked for the next day to get this fixed. It could not get any better but it did. I mentioned to Gurdeep that the wiperblades were streaking after only 5000 km. He talked so some one and the rubbers were replaced at the same time. Easy, stress free buying experience I was quite sure of the type of vehicle I wanted and when I enquired on line about the demo 2016 Highlander Mark Fernandes responded quickly and answered all my questions and seemed to know " where I was coming from" as far as our needs in a vehicle.
