"Terrible" I would not recommend buying any "as is" vehicle at this dealership. The quality of a the vehicles are not to be trusted at all. Worst used vehicle we have ever purchased and the sad thing is that they were not remorseful at all, just glad to get the truck off the lot.

unpleasure experience We told the sales representative our expectation and she committed it can be achieved ,over the phone before we go. Therefor we took nearly 1 hour driving to their showroom at appointed time, she just left us waiting for one and half hours since she is dealing with other clients... although she let us do the drive test by ourselves during this time...We have to drive another hour back with nothing at a very late time, and got a phone call on next day, no good deal offered!! Just don't bother. If I wanted to see the online price I would pull out my my phone. Do not sit me down and build my future nissan on the nissan web page when I ask for a quote. what a waste of time.
Very bad experience I want to let you know about my very bad experience with your dealership, Waterloo Nissan. We put deposit on Leaf SL on the 12th of March this year at Waterloo Nissan. A salesperson calculated our car in trade as a $ 24000 ( 2015 Rogue SL AWD Platinium, 31000 km ) and we have accept this and he made approximately $ 500 monthly payment. Incompetence at its finest I wouldn't give them the one star but doesn't list other options.They did the first oil change on our 17 Versa. They didn't secure the drain plug. My hubby called me at the side of the road no oil or plug. We towed the car back there. They haven't checked for damage. The put oil and a plu back in a said it was fine. I've been trying to contact them to see about cleaning ou brand new driveway of the oil eating it. They pressure washed the oil off the car and took off his undercoat. No compensation. ... read more
The worst service I’ve EVER Every person that I came in contact with being the sales manager to the worst Customer Service Manager of any service Dept I have ever dealt with... were unprofessional, incompetent except for ‘passing the buck’ and blaming the customer for something their dealership failed to do correctly! They are like Ins Companies that want your business but when it’s time for service... the bottom falls out!!! I would NEVER buy another Nissan product after dealing with this dealership
Title Went in to look at a truck only because it wasn't a Nissan. The salesman Asmat was pushy and tried to take advantage of me by saying there's someone down the hall also interested so we have to make a deal soon .... what a load. It was like pulling teeth to get the gas topped off but overall I got a great truck that's never given me problems 6 years later nonetheless I wouldn't recommend these people to anyone.
Poor customer service Worst customer service! I would never buy another vehicle from these people! This was the first Nissan I owned and the poorest service department I ever encountered. Service manager lies, and the Owner did not check his facts. Both these people seemed very busy covering for each other and the bad mechanic which serviced my car. No stars!!

Terrible service and one of the worst decisions This is a very dishonest dealership. I am regretting my decision to have bought a car through Waterloo Nissan and am counting the days till I can return my leased car! The car was sold with what is called an appearance guard and it turns out to be a solid scam. The service representative will lie point blank to your face.
