I have gone to Waterloo Nissan on 4 different occasions to purchase a vehicle. Each time I have left without buying one. This latest visit was just another reminder why it is not the place for me. I looked at a used 2023 VW with 3,500 kms. It was almost $2,000 cheaper to buy a new 2024 vehicle rather than this one. They offered to finance for 10% when on Autotrader it was listed at 7.99%. If you are looking for the BARE minimum, this is your place. We bought a vehicle used and the fan setting did not work in setting 2. I knew that down the road all would go in succession. He informed me "everything that needs to be saftied will be saftied" I "assumed" this meant it would be repaired. It was not. 2 months later, we have no blowers. I called the dealership and the service manager was kind enough to QUOTE TO ME from the certification guidelines that ONLY the top speed fans (settings 3 and 4) are required to work... read more

Stay away! Incapable service sept. Took 6 hours to diagnose a thermostat issue after being told “no heat coming from vents, engine overheating and fan loud. “. grade 10 auto shop. Asked him after that is he wanted to go ahead with repairs and that he already owed $800. This is apparently their best mechanic. Total bill 1400, with only 100 in parts. Scam artists

Horribly disappointed. They further damaged my car while doing the appraisal (the clip on the side power seat module was off and now the module is completely disengaged and not functioning properly). When we rang to speak to them about it, first they told us they found a car for us to buy so it would be their problem. When that didn’t satisfy us, the manager Blair let us know then that it was absolutely not done by them and that they wouldn’t be doing anything about the seat. Horrible customer service. Sales person was friendly and easy to deal with but the manager extremely low balled me on an offer for my trade in. Got way more money for my trade in going to a different Nissan dealership.

This dealership is one of the worst. When I bought my vehicle the process was a nightmare. Blair was the sales manager at the time promised the moon underdelivered. Spoke with the general manager again a lot of talk no follow through. Taking your car for service is a challenge. I agree with another post whereby they will do anything to avoid using the warranty. A few in the service department actually look happy when they find a reason not to cover something under warranty. A fob for my vehicle is not covered under my extend... read more

Avoid at all costs. My Nissan Frontier has a water leak into the cabin due to manufacturing defect. The dealership charged time for a diagnostic when I plainly pointed out the root cause with PROOF that it was present at the time of manufacture, and in the end denied warranty claiming that it was caused by the owner.

the sales manager Blair is to rude and disrespectful his behavior is not good he just push to sell a vehicle not have matter for costumer i make a deal on Nissan rogue but next day my financial condition changed i request him to refund my deposit if he like keep 200 dollars but he said at any cost he is not returning the money so don't go to that dealership also i request to Nissan remove this type of person from dealership otherwise you can loose the customers. He still holding my 3000dollars.

All the reviews on here are for buying a new car, sales dept is okay, service department is terrible, they overcharge and under deliver, I've taken my pathfinder in a few times even under warranty they tried to find a way to charge me, tried calling the service manager, she never returns my calls, I leave a review and get a bogus answer, do no buy from here when its brand new it's great but when you need maintenanceand repairs done its overpriced
