Amazing experience! I've worked in customer service for many years and it's frustrating to see people rate such a great place with 1 star for such small things. Fantastic I bought a 2018 Nissan kicks from this dealership. They were totally awesome . They made me feel like I knew them for a while. It was like dealing with friends or family. Windshield Repair I brought my Murano in for a windshield replacement. Cheaper than Speedy and other chains and was done quickly. I noticed there were dirty fingerprints on both sides of the fabric alongside the new windshield. Called and cleaned perfectly. Would go back for sure.
oil change and low tire pressure indication Went in on Saturday morning unscheduled.they took me in right away and performed the work.the rear tire had a nail in it..the work was done with in the hour.they even washed my truck.Nice touch Waterloo Nissan.

Awesome experience with Carolyn K I just leased a new 2017 Nissan Rougue. Carolyn was awesome. I am a new buyer. It's been two weeks in the making and boy did I make her work for it. Going in to the dealership 3 times because i couldnt decide what i wanted. She answered every question I had and made a point not to go any faster with the deal than I was comfortable with.
