Just bought my second Nissan from Waterloo Nissan. No hesitation in going back to Waterloo Nissan for another vehicle. Now have 2014 Rogue and 2020 Murano. Sales rep Stephany made it a smooth process, no bumps in the road. From experience, service department is great. Totally friendly and helpful. 5 stars for Waterloo Nissan.
My best Nissan Dealership experience Being a previous owner of 8 different Nissans from 3 different Nissan dealerships, this last buy from Waterloo Nissan was by far the best. I had a really great experience getting my first car through Stephany Abagui at Waterloo Nissan.There were a few hiccups along the way, because of covid and layoffs, but they were super lovely and patient. Stephany was friendly and knowledgeable, which I really appreciated. Now I'm the proud owner of a Nissan Sentra and I couldn't be happier! 10/10 would recommend going with Stephany.
