Service Dept What could have been a bad experience and cost the dealership a customer because of miscommunication by the service department had a great ending, thanks to the General Manager, Kevan Winship. Thank you Kevan for stepping in and realizing that a faithful 8 years customer was worth more than the cost of that repair. Job well done ! I will continue to have my Murano serviced at your dealership.

New Frontier After a recent move to Vernon we realized the sedan we were driving would no longer meet our needs. A small truck was required, however most vehicle manufacturers no longer produce a small truck that will fit in a newer garage. The Nissan Frontier K/Cab fit the bill. Above and beyond My salesperson Chad, and the rest of the staff at Vernon Nissan who helped me with my car purchase yesterday all went above and beyond to ensure I was able to drive away in the car that I wanted.

LOVE my Rogue!!! After sharing what I was looking for in a vehicle, Jerrit knew exactly the vehicle that would suit me best. I have been completely thrilled with my Rogue since the day I drove it off the lot! Follow up service has been exceptional because if I had any questions he was just phone call away with all the answers. I highly recommend Jerrit and the team at Vernon Nissan!

I was approved for a new vehicle, but Vernon Nissan handed me one with a lot of dented interior, which I only noticed later and then added a $3,000 “initial inspection” fee without any explanation. As a newcomer, I trusted them, and they completely took advantage of me. If you’re not familiar with cars or financing, avoid this place. In my experience, it’s blatant cost theft and fraud especially by salesperson Jude and finance manager Shaheen.

On Feb 1/2021, I brought my 2015 Nissan Rogue in for around $800 in service. I had a differential service, CVT service, oil change, coolant flush and air cabin filter change. When I returned to pick up the car I was assured all had gone well by Wayne the gentleman at the Service Desk (who was awesome btw) and I picked up the car and drove about 1km to my place if work.
