We were very pleased with the staff there. Our salesperson Silas was very calm and personable. He was helpful, answered all our questions and was never pushy. That meant a lot to us. All the staff worked well together. All the perks are very much appreciated by us.
When I first bought my QASHQAI, I went to every dealership in Vernon! When I went to Vernon Nissan, I was Greeted immediately and was introduced to Calvin! When I told what I was looking for, Calvin had me test drive some cars and when I mentioned that none of them had a CD player, he told me about the QASHQAI and I took it out for a test drive. As always my interactions with the crew were excellent thorough service, friendly, helpful, informative and just plain fun. Lol. Probably not a term used alot for a business. But they are a crew with a great sense of humor!!!! I always say why not have fun while doing business - and they certainly deliver!!!! It's part of what keeps us coming back. :)
It was more than a great experience at this store, while we live about an hours drive from Vernon, it is well worth going into Vernon to visit this dealership. Christian at Vernon nissan was extremely attentive, informative and all around really welcoming! We will be back for any and all future work or sales.
